Is it okay to brood my Coturnix and my Mexican Speckled together? Yes, I know they hatch at dif times, but if I set them to hatch at the same time, is it okay to have them all in the same tub?

It Will Be For The First Few Days, Then My Money's On The Bobs! Oh Yes There Will Be Blood

As A Rule Bobs Are Way Meaner Than Most Other Quail Speces, Their Specialty Is The Nostrils When Very Young And Then The Ankles As Juveniles... And Thats Just What They Do To Each Other... To More Docile Speces The Abuse Can Be Really Nasty. Its Not Uncommon To See A Bob Run Around And Just Peck Folks For Fun... When Its Nothing But Bobs It Will Still Hapen, But The Playing Field Is More Even.

Wont Say It Cant Be Done, But There's Likley To Be Problems Before You Get Done Brooding Them. So If You're Going To Try At Least Have "plan B " Available And Ready To Go.
