Brooding Chukar Chicks- What type of feed+treats?

What type of feed for brooding chukar chicks? When will I have to switch over from mash to adult food?

And what kinds of treats do they like????

I use 28% pheasant starter on them... about 8 weeks old, you can go to a grower food and 16 weeks, you can go to a pellet type food.

As for treats green grass, meal worms, apples, and so on works. But most usually I keep them on their feed and give them a hand full of grass a day.
