Can I put my quails into broodee earlier than 24hours? There is one in brooder and he is lonely.

Make sure they're dry and fluffed out before taking them out of incubator if theyre wet and dont get under the heat lamp theyll die.

The 24 hours is to give you chicks that haven't hatched a chance to before you open the incubator & let all the humidity out. When you open it there is a rapid exchange of air in there. The new air is cool & dry so it will start sticking the moisture out of the egg membrane & is likely to kill the unhatched chick.
