I have a B Orpington that goes broody every 4-5 weeks. She takes 4 days to break in her isolation cage. Are there any special considerations now that I'm going to have to isolate her in the jail AND it's 95 degrees F out for the next 3-4 days?

Yes. The others will have a tray with a block of ice on it since it's so hot.

They are all in the shade. don't know if the 95 deg temps would hinder broody breaking, or pose a danger.

As long as the cage has got good ventilation and water she should be alright. Definitely keep her in shade. Not sure what kind of nesting box she is going broody in, but mine is a metal rolling one (egg-eating prevention) that gets reaaaaalllly hot so we immediately kick them out when they brood. Best to break her as most nesting boxes are enclosed and have less ventilation which is crucial in the heat. If it fits in the jail maybe try giving her some ice too. And if you have any they'll love watermelon too!
