Broody Breed?

Will crossing a broody breed hen with a non broody breed rooster also vise versa, make the mixes be broody when they grow up?

It depends on the specific bird. Many breeds have been bred to not be broody. Just crossing a very broody bird with a not very broody bird does not automatically make the offspring more broody. However, I think that it would increase the likelihood of getting a broody hen.
