We are doing a natural incubation with a broody in the coop, and today is the 21st day. Some eggs are peeping, so we were checking the status of her 7 eggs. She had stepped on one and badly damaged it, and the chick was trying to get out. Considering the chick wasn't trying to pip (it was just wiggling) I took the power into my own hands and took the chick out. It's been the whole day, the chick is under a mild heat lamp and is perfectly fine other than the fact that it's legs seem very weak. There was some blood in the shell, but nothing coming off of chick.

Will it be okay? The other 6 eggs are skill being sat on, no pipping

Just keep it warm but not too hot. If it can't get away from too much heat, it'll get too hot and maybe die. Just watch out, if it can't walk. after a day you can dip it's beak in water and offer it a drink.

Sometimes these weak chick will perk up and make it. sometimes they don't. Just watch that others don't pile up on it and smash it or smother it. Sometimes they are cold and the chick on the bottom will get trapped and die. Good Luck!
