Hello, I have a 1 year old Buff Orphington. She recently got broody about a month ago. at first she was active eating, dinking and pooping good. Now she’s more slow and not really eating or drinking. She did let me feed her egg yoke with some electrolytes and a bit of her food. I put her in cool water for about 5-6mins to cool down her body to get rid of the broody. Then I realized her eyes are somewhat cloudy. I want to put eye drops but I wanna ask does her eyes look bad or should eye drops be enough. There are both sides of her eyes. Also yes she does lay good eggs but recently she stop cause of her being broody.

Did the cool water dunk break her broodiness?
Exactly what kind of eye drops are you thinking of using?

Not yet I’m going to keep an eye on for and see is she changes tomorrow. This is the eye drops I’ve been using on my chickens whenever there eyes are irritated. I just put 2 drops.
