Broody? Distended bottom.

I have a hen, who has a bottom that is a little distended. I first started seeing bloody eggs (on shell). Well, about 3 days after I noticed that, I also noticed that she was staying in the nesting box (community). I've seen her out once since. We haven't gotten any eggs for the last few days although I was quick right now and got 3.

She is a buff orpington and we do have an EE rooster. She is alert.

Any suggestions? My chickens are not 'tame' per se.
I'm ok with her being broody... just wanted to ask for advice.

Yes, she is on seven eggs. I have to stop her from moving them around in the community nest. I thought I lost two yesterday but found them on the other side.

What about her bottom? It just seems like it is hanging down a little bit too far. No, no pictures.
