Should I give my d'uccle an egg from the bator?

Last time I had a broody she ate 2 chicks, I no longer have that hen.

The only problem is reintroducing the broody to the flock. My d'uccle has spunk, but I don't know if I want to integrate a bantam with a group of standards.

WWYD???

Duh, no wonder why she was soooo clucky yesterday.

My little Duccle is in with the big girls and never gets pick on. Now that said, it could go bad. I also don't have problems with my hens raising clutches in the coop. I have about 12 baby d'uccles in the big house. Then I have 2 d'uccles raising 10 babies in their coop. How long has she been broody? Also how long have you had your eggs in the bator?

I took the unfertilized egg away, she got off the nest and is super cluckly. I put the eggs in the bator on the 3rd and I'm adding more in a couple days.

Shoot. I'll have to come up with a solution with three days during lock down. The second set is 5 days apart.

I have pure Ameracauna's and I'm getting more from different bloodlines! I'm sooooooo excited!!!!!
