I have three ladies in waiting. lol. If my calculations are correct they will have been sitting for 30 days and nights now. They are in the woods behind our garage and do not want me anywhere near them. I thought they should have hatched by now. What should I do? Leave them there? Snag the eggs at night? Someone please. I thought the guineas would know what to do. But I have found two other nests this week alone. One has a daytime sitter on it and no one on the other. I have no incubator either.

I am not an expert at birds hatching eggs outside... I trained mine to lay in the coop.
But I would think they would be hatching, if they have sat on them faithfully. If they don't hatch soon I would candle them.

Are you sure you have a male in your flock? 30 days of sitting is a little long for a Hen brooded clutch of eggs. They should have hatched by now. I would not mess with the Hens right now if you do not have an incubator tho because they may abandon the eggs once you have forced them off the nest to candled the eggs, but if they are still on those eggs in another week then I would force the Hens off the nest, and throw the eggs away... carefully, because they may be rotten. You can candle them if you want but, my guess is they eggs are rotten or were not fertile to begin with. Guinea's aren't always smart enough to give up on unviable eggs.
