Hi guys its day 21 now the first one out of eight eggs hatched on 18 but non after I am so worried guys will the roast hatch

If the first one hatched on day 18 and the others are showing no action I would candle them to see what is going on in them. The first chick that hatched should be ready now for food and water as it's been three days since hatch. Have some available near by so mother hen can show the chick what to do. If the eggs are showing no internal or external pips or you can't hear any peeping coming from the eggs I would remove them and let mother hen take care of her single chick.
Hope when you do candle they are not far from hatching, is it possible that other hens could have been adding eggs to the nest after she began sitting? This could explain why they are so delayed compared to the first hatcher. But then again on the other hand 21 days is just a guide and not set in stone. Also smaller bantam eggs can hatch earlier then large fowl eggs. Are all your eggs of the same breed?

Its from my asil hen actually when she laid her 7th egg she incubated the eggs for a single night and left them in the morning for like 12hrs I think she hit the broody hormones but not in a full swing then on the eight egg she became fully broody she would come out only in the morning for like 20 minutes and then sit on the eggs till the next morning I should have marked the eggs but I didn't now what I think is that the chick could have been frm the eighth egg I think she spoiled the other when she incubated them for a night and then left in the morning for a whole day I have not candled as these last day are critical for hatch and the eggs should not be disturbed but I think i should wait for another day or two by the way the chick is very cute he/she is like the smallest chick I have ever seen in my life this could be due to early birth can't say
