Broody hen blood vessel belly?

My hen has been broody, but does get up every other day for a few min. She's very pale comb and waddles. She hatched a chick and when I lifted her up this image startled me. She's been my best mommy hen, about 4 yo now but loves hatching.
I love this girl so much.. what it wrong should I take her off the rest of the nest? Are all blood vessels dilated due to heat?

How hot is it?

When did the chick hatch? Watch to see if the blood vessels become less prominent once she's off the nest eating/drinking well and feeding her chick(s).
Possibly she's dehydrated, so I'd see if I could get her to drink some electrolytes.

It's very hot. The chick hatched this morning. She's laid on eggs quite a few times, I've never seen this before when I've lifted her. It's bloated, hot and squishy to the touch but she just looks paler than usual too.
She has been drinking some of the water I put in the small waterer for her chick
