First if you don't have an area where she can stay and eat/drink she will continue to moved to do so in addition to use of the bathroom.

I doubt she is broody. A hen will sit on eggs in a nest off and on simply because they can. If she isn't sitting tight for most of the day she is just pretending.

she has been on now for a few hours
