Broody hen hatch question..

So today is day 8. Out of a clutch of 8, 3 are deffo infertile. I've hatched eggs in a bator before and now I'd be taking out the infertiles. Do I still take them away with a broody hatch?

I'm worried me taking them away and making her clutch smaller will put her off and she'll stop sitting or something. I don't want to upset her, being a first time broody but she seems a determined enough silkie

I don't think it would hurt to take them out. If you're worried about upsetting her, you could try removing them at night.
