Broody hen hatching eggs

If you put fertilized eggs under a breie silky, won’t the rest of the flock kill the babies once they hatch?
No.
The broody hen protects them and in a normal well balanced flock, their is no biologically beneficial reason to kill offspring. I've never had a hen or pullet show anything but curiosity in hatchlings.

Does it hurt to let her be broody for no reason? No eggs or chicks? I feel bad moving her!

If you aren't going to let her set, you need to break her broodiness.
If you want to let her set, you need to graft her to a good maternity nest then once she is locked on, give her fertile eggs to hatch.
If you just leave her with nothing to hatch and don't break her, her body condition will deteriorate.
