I have a broody hen that has been laying on eggs. She has been off of the eggs for a few hours and one egg is pipped. It is +/- 90 degrees outside. I hoved the pipped egg to an incubator. How long should I wait before moving the others?

When it is 90F outside they may be off the nest for much longer than normal, but they usually don't come off when pipping is going on unless it is humid out. What is your ambient humidity? If she stays off, be prepared to move them all.

My weather station says 24% humidity and we got up to 98°. She got back in, so I moved the pipped egg back under her.

Did your little pipped egg make it? Today is warm and 57percent humidity, and my broody chicken has been off the nest twice today. I have one egg that's zippered, but I see no more movement (i think it's gone), but I have peeps coming from a pipped egg. I'm just curious as to how your egg did.
This is mammas first brood, and I'm not sure it is going to be a success, unfortunately.
