Help! This is my first hatch. My broody hen is a white leghorn. One of the eggs is pretty far along in the hatching process, and Mom keeps pecking at it. Is this normal? Is she helping, or should I take egg away?

Just let her be. I am honestly shocked though. Leghorns do not brood very often..
