Broody Hen Question

Okay, I have a broody hen. Well yesterday she was sitting on 2 eggs but I think another hen kicked her out and layed an egg were she was nesting and it broke one of the eggs. So she stopped setting. Well today she laid one egg and is now sitting on that one. Is it bad that she is setting on that one befor she gets her others?? Should I just let her handle it?? Any other tips would help too!!

You could give the Broody hen the eggs the other hens are laying. That way the number she is sitting on grows quicker than she can lay them.

I have always had to separate my broody from the flock so the others don't keep taking over the Broody's nest.
