Broody Hen ?'s

We have a broody barred rockhen sitting on two eggs one of which is an americauna egg. we've never had this happen and was wondering if we should leave the eggs and see how she does? i've heard barred rocks aren't very good moms so i just wanted to make sure.

If you want chicks, let her continue. Some breeds that are known for being good mothers turn out to be the exact opposite. You'll never know how she'll do unless you let her try. Good luck!
