Broody hens friend

My broody hen is in quarantine in a dog kennel. Her buff hen is laying right next to her outside it. Every time I move her to her coop she jumps fence and it's right next to my broody gal. Is this normal? Ok? Thank you!

It's fine.
Why is broody in quarantine...to break her or so she can incubate in peace?
Might want to put her crate inside the fence?
