I have a wild type mallard who is laying eggs, lots of eggs. I have left her with 2 of her own eggs and 6 ceramic eggs. The others I have taken into school to hatch in the incubator. She has layed 16 eggs and counting. If I keep taking eggs away will she keep laying more? Or will she eventually sit on what I have left her? This is her first laying season and so far the eggs I have put in the incubator have all started to develop.
