Broody Momma

OK, I finally have some time and thought I would post a couple pictues of my momma hen and her new baby. She is the best mother and it is so neat watching her teach the baby what it needs to know. Before she went broody, we had too many roosters who left a bare spot on her back. This little baby has decided that it would be the perfect nest for it and spends alot of time there, even when momma is moving. Is this normal for babies? I thought it was awfully cute. Anyway, enjoy the pics.
