So, my broody silkie used to sit on her eggs in house A. I moved her to house B, so she could be closed off when the chicks hatched. She was happy sitting on the eggs in house B. When she goes out to eat, she moves back to house A, where she was before, leaving her eggs behind. Is there any way to make sure she stays in the house I put her in. I would prefere it if the two houses could remain open to the rest of the flock, otherwise, as I found out the hard way, the chickens will get cramped in the houses at night and suffocate. Is there anyway to make sure she stays sitting on her eggs, in house B?
Thanks in advance.
