I just wanted to share so you know that there is hope! My bantam RIR laid eggs last year. In February she just stopped and went broody. She would NOT get out of the boxes, only once a day to eat and I had to drag her out of there half the time. Well in April we gave her some eggs to sit on. She hatched them out and stopped sitting in the boxes. Well here we are, July 5th and she laid an egg today! I'm so proud of her
