I have a Broody Turkey Hatching a few Leghorn and EE eggs

It should work just fine. One of my bantams just hatched six poults and they are doing well. Consider moving the water and food further from her nest. With those items so close the turkey hen is likely to mess in her nest plus the need for exercise...
