how do i know if my hen is broody?
i have a Buff Orp hen that is just sitting in the nesting box with 3 eggs under her. she wont come out for anything, and she throws a HUGE hissy fit if any other chicken comes near her. she complained a little when i came near, but she let me check out the eggs
im so confused...never had a broody hen...lol

ok, so far CheesePuff (my could be broody hen) is still sitting on the eggs
as far as i know, shes been there since 6:00 am
