Brower incubator model 11679-3

I was given an old Brower incubator with out instructions. If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful. I do have a Hovabator but I am putting turkey eggs in it. I was just given some chicken eggs and need to put them in about a week from now in the Brower. Thank you!
