I am not sure about anything electrified, do you have neighbors that have chickens?

Ok so, game and fish is actually looking for this bear (which I didn’t know.) so they have been notified it’s on our property and they are going to relocate it

You won't get rid of him/her unless you build and bait an electric fence. I hope they relocate it before it becomes a problem.
