Ok so I have 7 3 - 4 week old EE's and there is some brown runny poop among the normal poop. Is this normal or should I be worried? Oh, And it stinks pretty bad.

How do the chicks look and act? Chicken poo gets pretty odorous by 3 weeks—that is about the time mine go outside to their coop. Cecal poops are very runny and slimy, and occur several times a day. If you see a weak or lethargic chick, hunching or puffing up, or see orange or red runny poops, then I would get some Corid (amprollium) in the cattle medicines from a feed store, and treat their water fo 5-7 days.
Coccidiosis is common in younger chicks. Here is some info:

I'm using medicated feed, doesn't that prevent coccidiosis? And no orange or red in it.

Check out this link and take special note of the cecal droppings: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/whats-scoop-on-chicken-poop-digestive/
Is this what you are seeing? They range from caramel colored to dark brow or almost black. They are loose and gooey. And they smell AWFUL!! If so, this is normal and each chicken eliminates several of these droppings each day as their ceca (part of their digestive tract) empties.

Cecal poops are very alarming to new chicken keepers, but if that's what they truly are, they are normal.
