Brownish red diarrhea - normal, cocci, worms?

I’ve seen this a few times over the last couple days. Not sure if it’s just one or multiple chooks. All about 13-16 weeks.

It’s not light brown but it’s not truly bloody.

Unless they've been eating red things like beets or blackberries, I'd dose with Corid to be safe. That doesn't look right.
