BSL Pullet or Cockrel

I was told it was a BSL however this one has more brown/gold on its chest and also is this looking like a pullet or cockrel

From the pic--------what I see looks like the makings of a Cockeral and if that is so he for sure not a Black Sex Link. If it is a pullet---could be.

Where did the bird come from? I'm thinking someone bred black sex links together, not realizing sex linkage is a one-time deal. That looks like a little cockerel, but not a sex link. If I'm correct, he's simply a mixed breed bird.


I'd check with the seller and see what his breeding is.
