Buckeye roo- Free

I have a Buckeye cockerel who turns one in May. I can no longer keep him, and do NOT want him culled. He needs somewhere he can crow- I have to have him in a collar all the time right now so he doesn't bother the neighbors, but he can't adjust to it and his neck is getting raw and the feathers are bare there.
He doesn't like children but is alright with adults. If you know anyone who wants/needs a rooster please answer! I can't keep him!Thanks for reading

He needs to be gone by May- I'm getting a new batch of chicks in April 29 and don't want him doing something horrible to them (especially if I get another cockerel), so just in case I need him out of here by the time they're old enough to move out to the coop.
