Buff barely drinking, not eating, poppy butt, lethargic. Help

I have a Buff Orpington hen, 2 1/2 yrs, that its sick. I think she is drinking, but not much at all. She's not eating. She has runny poop and I've had her quarantined while I treat her with Wazine, which is the only thing I know to treat with. No eggs for weeks.

She just sits in the coop and sleeps intermittently. She has had wazine for two full days with improvement. She has also lost weight and feels super light,

Mine had those symptoms I found out later it was vent Gleet yours may have something different but here are some more symptoms. She might not have all the symptoms though mine didn't. But I treated her and she is getting much better.
