I have a 10 month old buff brahama hen that I found in the coop 3 days ago hunched in the corner standing with her eyes closed. I pulled her out and tried to get her to walk around and just see what she did. Shed walk around for a bit and peck around alittle then just stand with her eyes closed. So I brought her in with a friend that night and let her rest. My roosters have been getting friskier than normal lately so I wasn't sure if one had hurt her also. The next day I had to make her drink but after she got a taste she drank on her own but I didnt see her eating. Yesterday same for the drinking but was less interested. I felt alittle food in her crop so I figured she ate something while I wasnt looking. Today she doesnt want to eat or drink! :( so I'm about to syringe some water and see if that gets her going and some yogurt its the only thing I have thin enough to go in a syringe right now. What could this be?

Oh my daughter found a mite on her could it be mites? I'm planning on heading to tractor supply today to grab DE. My coops are frozen so I have no way of cleaning it out completely? How could I treat for mites and keep the bedding? Would DE be ok?

DE is not going to get rid of mites. You will need a product with permethrin, TSC has options, I will post some pictures below, there are many brands. Instructions for mixing the liquid will be on the labels. You can also use Elector PSP, but it's more expensive and you'll have to order it. If you use a spray you will need to keep the bird in a warm place until she's completely dry. Alternately in cold weather it's sometimes better to use a poultry dust instead, so they don't get chilled. You will still have to remove and replace all bedding, and treat the coop to get rid of them. Some mites live in the coop and only come out to feed on the birds at night. And with all products other than the elector you usually have to do it at least three times at weekly intervals to make sure you've gotten the ones that continue to hatch. Mites and lice will often find a bird that has another health problem, so the mites may BE the problem, or may have found her weakened by another issue. Either way, you do need to treat and get rid of the mites.
