Buff brahmas eggs

I bought 2 buff brahmas from a farmer. Probably around 17 weeks old. I have gotten 4 tiny eggs for the last 3 days. Do they get bigger?

Yes! First eggs are smaller. I have some pullets warming up and they are almost half of a normal egg from their mother.

Like with all chickens, their eggs will get bigger as the pullet becomes a hen. Not sure how long it takes before they are full grown but I would guess after they are about 1yr old they should be laying full sized eggs.

Here’s my pullet’s eggs. Right is one of her first few and left is one she laid today. She had been laying for a month now.
