Buff Cornish?

Anyone have any expirence with these? I might get a buff cornish cockeral in with a batch of Cornish rock hens if I decide to go the chick route. I would then keep some good Cornish rock hens and breed with him. Or might try all Buff Cornish. Just looking at all my options for this years meaties.

I don't know where that particular one came from, dancingbear, but Ideal carries them, if you are looking for some.

As for breeding him with the Cornish Rock/Cornish cross--I'm not sure if that will happen. They seem to have a habit of not living to egg-laying age very often.

If I did decide to breed I would keep the Cornish rock hens on a "skinny" gal diet. I found them at Welp hatchery.
