Buff Orp not keeping up

Great...I'll do the qtip method as I don't have any small syringes and my wife won't let me go to the store....ugh...I also ordered a bottle of Nutri-Drench to have on hand..I'll repost when I start the dosage and let you know how she's doing..Again, Thanx sooo much for all the help :)
Qtip should work just fine.
No need to go out unless absolutely necessary :)

Hey Folks :) Hope you had a great Easter...So here's the update...Got the vitamins last Tues. Gave her a small doses each day with the qtip and also mixed with their water which they seemed to like..She's been the same all the rest of the week..Eating and drinking even running over yesterday to get some scrambled eggs..Today however, she seemed to take a turn for the worse..I didn't see her come out from under the brooder and found her laying on her side and I thought it was over but she's still with us. I tried isolating her but she started peeping and I felt bad so I put her back and she went back under the brooder and calmed down..I don't know how much longer she can hang on..It's a little tough cause the waterer gets filled with pine shavings and can't raise it (it's got removable legs) cause she won't be able to reach it. Ugh !! BTW what waterer do u recommend ? All the research I've done and there doesn't seem to be a perfect waterer. I'm looking at the 1 with nipples for the coop but they all seemed to have mixed reviews. They're 4 weeks old today and all the rest are big.. Getting ready to put them in their coop soon..The nights are still in the low 40's and high 30's some nights..They're feathered out so what do you think of putting them out this week sometime ? I've still got them in my dining room and it's getting a little out of hand...And if Minnie survives do I put her out with them..I only have 1 brooder plate and I was planning on putting it in the coop raised up..

Is she eating and drinking on her own?
You could raise the waterer and put a brick as a step next to it for 'her shortness'.
Horizontal Nipples are great but takes time to 'train' them.
I keep both in brooder until they all get it.

She didn't come out this morning like she usually does when I clean the water and freshen up the feed.. i did raise up the waterer and made a ramp but if its not perrfectly level all the water leaks out...so frustrating....She's not coming out to eat or drink today and I don't think she'll make it through the night..

What does her poop look like?

I use just a chick waterer for chicks - the metal base with a mason jar - as they get older I place a block of wood underneath to raise it.

Once they get into the run, I just use those black rubber stock bowls, either raise them on a cinder block or similar.

Thanks very much for all the much needed advice. Unfortunately Sunday night she took a turn for the worse and Monday she didn't come out from under the brooder plate to eat or drink. I buried her this morning next to the coop. She was still as tiny as the day I got her...Anyway, the others are doing wonderfully and looking forward to putting them in their coop next week..I ordered a 3 gallon cup waterer and see if I can get them to use it..
