Buff Orp Question......

One of my year old Buff Orps is laying a very small egg compared to her four other "sisters"...... These are the first of this breed that I've owned, but I've always heard they reach a large egg size quickly...... This little girl's eggs size has yet to increase since she started laying...... Any suggestions?

Some just lay smaller eggs. The second season the eggs will be a bit bigger but they will lay a bit less.
