Buff Orph Respiratory Issue or Not?

Hey Yall

one of my Buff Orphs breathes real deep almost like the has a stuffy nose. I can only hear it when I pick her up. she is completely fine and eats just great she has been like this for a while she is 5 months old. she has a clean coop and feed great. is this something that I should be worried about or could it possibly be just the way she is?

Funny you should mention this. Do her nostrils look alright?

You see, I have a BO with a very minor facial deformity, which I would have never noticed except I tried to apply pinless peepers to my birds and this particular bird could not have them. Her nostrils are super tiny and shaped strangely. I mean tiny, tiny. She gets a whistling noise out of them occasionally when she is trucking along. She is otherwise healthy and fine, except for the weird nostrils.
