buff orphington laying egg question

I have a 31 week old buff orphington who has not started laying eggs yet. Should i be concerned?

I have 30 buff orps, all 33 weeks old and just in the last week have I started getting eggs from a couple of them. From what I hear, as long as their diet is good, it's pretty normal. They tend to start laying later than a lot of other breeds. Hope this helps.

I have 3 Buffs, one started at 20wks another at 25 and one that hasn't started. From what I read anywhere from 28/32 wks is average POL.
