My buff was sick and had to keep her separated from the other
4 girls/1rooster while being treated. She was the leader of the flock, now the rooster is and he is aggressive towards her and I have to keep her separated from only him. Her behavior is schechy now. When I get rid of him will she go back to her normal self?

She may or may not. She will have to regain her position in the pecking order.
What if I don't get rid of my rooster and keep him separate from the girl's (meaning keep him in the outside run and the girl's free range the back yard) for a couple days, then reintegrat them? Thinking he'll lose his leadership, maybe

I don’t think a rooster will loose leadership ever
But try it maybe he will be more nice to her

Thanks for your feed. That's my hope, cause honestly he's beautiful and have had him since he was 4 days old.
