Buff Orphingtons With Whitish Skin On Head/Neck Area HELP S.O.S

I have one other Rooster Buff Orphington and the sides of his head have circular shaped areas below the eyes that are fleshy color. My Hen & Rooster Buff Orphington Pair has those areas whitish colored. They are eating, drinking and laying eggs, poops normal, eyes bright & clear, no nasal discharge or breathing problems. This has been happening for a week or two and it hasn't increased or decreased. What could it be and what should I do???
