Buff orpington gals?

So i have two orpingtons and recently one of the gals has started to develop a larger and darker comb i posted another girl the other day and got the answer i wanted cause im not allowed roosters in city limits. so here i am again asking if i have a cockerel or a pullet with this gal as well. i put a photo of them together, the girl with a smaller comb, then the girl in question

The one with the larger comb is definitely a cockerel.

Agree. The other 2 look like pullets but not the more developed one
