I have a buff Orpington who seems to have some sort of leg injury. She can’t walk or put any pressure on her left leg. I’m not sure if she has fallen or flown and injured herself that way. I couldn’t feel anything wrong with her feet/bottom portion of her leg. Any home remedies to get her leg healed?

Can you fully examine her, including up to the hip? Is there bone crunching? Or bruising (green)?

You may need to splint. You can give baby aspirin as a painkiller. I would confine her and enforce rest, give vitamins and electrolytes and high protein food for healing. Maybe put her in a dog crate inside the coop so she isn't lonely while she heals.

I tried to examine all the way up. Didn’t feel any bone crunching, but didn’t part feathers to check for bruising. If I was to splint, would I splint the leg completely straight?

I think that all depends where the break might be. If it is in her hip/pelvis, I don't think splinting would work.

You can make a chicken hammock or sling to support her while she heals. Look on YouTube for examples.
