Buff Orpington Pullet or cockerel

Pullet or cockerel? The comb and thick feet make my think cockerel. The breeder said it has 3 layers of feathers on wings meaning Pullet. He said I can exchange at any point if it turns out to be a rooster.

Comb looks very rooster-y to me, but I'd wait some more before making any decisions.
That doesn't look like a buff orpington though, that's a lot of black and white on the wings.
Although one of my orps has a few grayish specks on her tail so could just be a breeding thing? 🤔
