No, it is an Easter Egger. The pictures you posted are of singled combed birds that have been dubbed, with pale legs. The OP has a pea combed bird with green legs.

Thanks for your replies. We got rid of him this morning-- the women seemed to think he was an EE too. There is a rooster rescue/placement center in town which was quite helpful.
