Buff Orpingtons ready to lay?

I have two that are 21-22 weeks old, one has been a lot more "fluffy" the past week or so. Is this a sign of ready to lay?

They don't look ready yet by their comb size. A few more weeks to a month. Are they puffing up their feathers? That can be a sign that they don't feel well.

Yes one of them fluffs up from time to time.

When feeling cold they fluff up also...Sick birds also fluff up...They fluff when content and getting to roost also...
