Buff Orpingtons

I purchase three buff orpingtons when they were about ten weeks old. They are now five months old and one of them which was the smallest at ten weeks has out grown the other two. Her comb is also more developed and she is some what lighter in color than the other two. In fact the other two are really dark or more bronze. Does anything think I might have two different breeds here or are their different shades of buff orpingtons. Hope someone with some orpington experience might help me. Thanks

Pictures would defiantly help us identify any chance of it being a mixed breed.

I looked at you pics on your profile. They look like my BO's. I got them from a farm store so they are hatchery production birds. NOT show quality pure breds. And they look like pullets. 3 egg layers for ya. Yay
