Buff Pooping Green watery

Hi guys i wanted to ask about one of my buff Orpington she is currently molted overall she is doing fine but she is continuously pooping green watery discharge ..she is fully vaccinated free ranging no sign of illness eating well staying in a warm coop at night but i couldnt understand what is happening to her really worried ?
what could be the possible condition ?
