Buff Roo's?

First time raising chickens and just got my first eggs last week from my four buff orpingtons. Which I was ecstatic about! waited forever it seemed like. I am questioning these two chickens since the other two are doing the 'submissive squat' I assume they are doing the laying. These two seem different personality wise, any idea if they are Roos?

Thanks. I have had other people tell me all four were pullets which I believed to be true up until recently it seemed the smaller ones started to lay first and these two were bigger so I assumed they were older and would lay first but that may not be the case. The one up close has a very different personality from the rest so I thought for sure it was a cockerel because it seems to like a challenge not necessarily aggressive but doesn't back down lol

They both look like pullets and look like they are laying or are VERY close
